SHIPPING:

  • FREE SHIPPING on all orders $99.00 or more - continental US only.
  • $5.00 FLAT RATE shipping on orders less than $99.00 - continental US only.
  • All orders will be shipped via USPS.
  • All orders will be processed & shipped within 48 hours - excluding holidays & weekends.
  • Once order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email from HUSH, along with your tracking information.
  • We are not responsible for any lost/stolen packages.
  • Any packages returned to us as non-deliverable for any reason, will be re-shipped at customer's expense.

  • All returns are for exchanges or store credit only - NO refunds, NO exceptions. Store credits can only be used at our online store at www.hushlaboutique.com
  • Our inventory changes very quickly, so exchanges for different sizes are on a first come, first serve basis. We cannot guarantee your item will be in-stock.
  • All exchanges must be delivered to HUSH and postmarked within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.  After 14 days, there is nothing we can offer you.
  • All merchandise MUST HAVE tags attached, be unwashed/unworn, no stains, no animal hair & cannot smell of smoke. All items must be returned in original condition.
  • It is your responsibility to pay for shipping back unwanted merchandise to us.
  • Original shipping charges will not be refunded or credited back.
  • All jewelry, hats and intimates cannot be returned for hygienic purposes. No exceptions.
  • All sale merchandise is FINAL SALE. No exceptions.
  • All purchases for gift cards are final sales & cannot be returned or refunded. Discounts and/or special offers will not be applied to the purchase of gift cards. All gift cards purchased online, CAN ONLY be used online at www.hushlaboutique.com.

  • For your protection, please retain your proof of delivery for your returns, as we are not responsible for any items lost/stolen thru the USPS, Fed Ex or UPS.


DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE?

  • In the unlikely event that you receive defective merchandise, you MUST notify us within 3 DAYS of receiving merchandise at 402-991-7776.
  • Email photo of the defect to info@hushlaboutique.com within 3 days of delivery.
  • After 3 days, there is nothing we can do for you. No exceptions.

HOW & WHEN WILL I GET MY STORE CREDIT?

  • Within 3 days of HUSH receiving your return merchandise, we will inspect & will process your return.
  • Within 3 days of HUSH receiving your return merchandise, you will receive an email with your store credit with the amount.
  • Store credits for returns will be sent to the email that was used to make the original purchase.
  • Store credits never expire and can only be used online at www.hushlaboutique.com.
